Nidamarru is located 4-km to the west of
Mangalagiri on the right path passing through Tadikonda. It gained its
prominence as an archaeological site as four images were discovered in
this village.
Of the four Buddhist images two carved on black stone are in the premises
of the Theosophical Society at Guntur,
while the other two are seen in the village.
Rail: The nearest railway station is Mangalgiri.
Road: The better course would be to get down at
Vijayawada or Guntur and take a
bus.
