Kala
Teetar is a tourist complex located in Abu Shehar, which lies on a state
road leading away from the Delhi-Fazilka Highway with half of it made
picturesque by the presence of the passing and crossing of the Bhakra and
Rajasthan canal systems. Planned on innovative designs, Haryana Tourism
built its complex on stilts, to overlook the waterway in 1987.
Abu Shehar is a small town built in the border of the state, with
primarily agricultural terrain.
