Parakeet
Tourist Complex came up in an area of 17-acres in 1970s. It was, in those
years, a prefect spot to halt before venturing on an expedition to holy
Kurukshetra.
The importance of the town has grown as a major highway halt. Very little
historical and mythological documents are available in this context.
