Chawl Gurdwara was established 30 years ago by Sobharaj
Khatani. Though the Gurdwara is small in size, all the rituals and prayers
are carried out with high sanctity. The day starts at 5.30. pm. with Pujas
and Kirtans, after which the Prashad is distributed.
The 'Sukhosana' is performed every evening at 7.30 pm. Satsang is also
observed over here. Anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh and Guru Nanak
Jayanthi are observed and celebrated for three days and Langar for all the
devotees concludes the proceedings.
Pune is well connected by air, rail and road with the important places within and beyond the state. From Mumbai, regular MSRTC buses and private buses ply to Pune . For local transportation auto rickshaws, city buses and taxis are available.
