Day - 1 - Arrive Delhi
Arrive by International flight, after traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome) our
representative would assist you at airport & transfer to hotel for check
Afternoon visit Iskon Temple of Delhi is located at Raja Dhirshain Marg,
Sant Nagar, near the East of Kailash locality. It is one of the 40 temples
in India that belongs to the International Society for Krishna
Consciousness, dedicated to Lord Krishna. A part of the Hare Krishna
Movement started by Acharya Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the devotees and
followers of the Hare Rama Hare Krishna cult built this temple in 1998 to
disseminate the message of the Bhagwad Gita.
Later we visit Birla Temple Laxmi Narain Temple, Delhi. The Laxmi Narayan
Mandir (temple) built by B.D. Birla is a modern Hindu temple dedicated to
Laxmi (goddess of wealth) and Narayana (the preserver). It was inaugurated
by Gandhi with the stipulation that it should be open to all castes
(including the untouchables) and all faiths, so it is more welcoming to
foreigners than the average temple.
Day - 2 - Delhi - Excursions to Kurushetra (125 km one way)
Toay we will visit Kurukshetra place where Mahabharata battle took place
and Lord Krishna played the lead role in this battle. Kurukshetra is a great
pilgrimage for millions of Hindus from all over the country who visit the
land of Kurukshetra, the venue of the Mahabharata war and the birth place of
the Bhagvad Gita, for its holy places. Building on its, historical and
cultural traditions, the Kurukshetra city has developed upto a modern city
having Kurukshetra University, Regional Engineering College, Ayurvedic
Medical College, Science Museum (Panorma) etc. Overnight Hotel - Delhi
Day - 3 - Delhi - Mathura (150 km)
Today we will drive to Mathura, places related with the birth &
childhood of Lord Krishna. Afternoon visit Vrindavan , where Lord Krishna
spent his childhood days , played the flutesporting with the Gopis and where
Radhika pined for her lover. Visit the Govind Dev Temple built in 1590 and a
testimony to the architectural splendour of medieval India. Proceed to
Rangaji Temple Vrindavans longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50 feet
tall Dhwaja Stambha believed to be gold plated. Continue to Madan Mohan
Temple situatednear Kali Ghat , Glass Temple and the Bankey Bihari Temple
one of the oldest templesbuilt in 1921. Overnite at hotel. Overnight Hotel -
Day - 4 - Mathura -Gokul - Mahavan - Goverdhan - Mathura
Today we will Drive to Gokul where Nand Gopal was sheltered in Yashoda
Maiyas home in secrecy toescape the wrath of tyrant Kansha. Also visit Gokul
Nath Ji Temple.
Proceed to Mahavan believed to have cradled Lord Krishna. Visit Assi
Khambha thetemple dedicated to Mathura Nath Ji. Continue to Goverdhan where
Lord Krishna heldaloft Giriraj , the sandstone hill on his finger for seven
days and nights to protect thepeople of Braj from the wrath of rain and
thunder sent by Indra. Return to Mathura. Overnight Hotel - Mathura.
Day - 5 - Vrindavan - Agra (50 km)- Delhi (205 Km)
Today we will drive to Agra to visit Taj Mahal Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal
love, which stands on the banks of River Yamuna. It was built by the 5th
Mughal emperor, Shah Jehan in the year 1631 in memory of his wife, Mumtaz
Mahal. It was completed in 22 years. Further we visit Agra Fort, taken over
from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. The
Fort can be more accurately described as a walled palatial city. It was
built from red sandstone, often inlaid with white marble & intricate
We will also visit Sikandara, Akbar's tomb. His son Jahangir completed the
construction of the tomb in the year 1613. Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, built by
Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. It belongs to the father of Nur Jahan,
Ghiyas-ud-Din Beg. He was the Wajir (Chief Minister of Emperor Jehangir).
This white marble tomb was. This tomb was the first complete marble Mughal
structure. Later drive drive to Delhi, arrive Delhi check into the hotel.

Day - 6 - Delhi - Bhubaneshwar ( Flight S2-6143 - 0815hr-1015hr ) - Puri
Today you will transfer to domestic airport to board flight for
Bhubaneshwar, arrive Bhubaneshwar, our representative will meet you & we
will drive to Puri en route we visit Konark temple Chariot of the Sun God,
built by King Langula Narasimha Deva in the 13 century AD in the Golden era
of Orissan art. This crowning piece of Orissan architecture & sculpture

Day - 7 - Puri
Today we visit the famous Jagannath Temple, dedicated to Krishna (Vishnu)
in his deity form of Jagannath, meaning Lord of the Universe (Jag translates
to Universe, nath means Lord). The present temple structure was built by
Ananta Brama Chodaganga Dev in middle of 12th century AD (1078-1147 AD). It
is a curvilinear temple which rises to 214 feet. Crowning the very top is
the 'srichakra' (an eight spoked wheel) of Vishnu. The most important
festival is the Rath Yatra or the Chariot festival once a year.
Later we take an excursion to Raghurajapur village, the artisan village
Raghurajapur near Puri which specializes in Pattrachitra, an art using vivid
colours painted on palm leaves. We also see the ancient art of palm leaf
etching which in the 16th century was used to illustrate manuscripts. It was
this technique which helped shape the Oriya script to its present rounded
form. Next we explore the Puri beach, one of India's finest beaches. Puri
Beach attracts millions of travelers to India with its strategic setting &

Day - 8 - Puri - Bhubneshwar (50 Km) - Mumbai (Flight IC-169 -
1415-1615) - Rajkot (Flight 9W-355- 1900hr-2000hr)
Today we will drive to Bhubaneshwar to board flight for Rajkot (connecting
flight from Mumbai), arrive Rajkot, our representative will meet you &
transfer to hotel. Overnight Hotel - Rajkot.
Day - 9 - Rajkot - Dwarka (225 km)
Today we will drive to Dwarka, The city derives its name from word "Dwar"
meaning door in Sanskrit. Dwarka is one of the holiest cities in Hinduism &
one of the 4 main dhams. The legendary city of Dwarka in Hindu mythology was
the dwelling place of Krishna. It is believed that, due to damage and
destruction by the sea, Dwarka has submerged six times and modern Dwarka is
the 7th city to be built in the area.
Here we visit Dwarkadheesh, also known as Jagat Mandir, is built on the
north bank of the Gomti Creek. The temple dates back to 2,500 years &
architecturally constructed on the same plan & system as most of the
Hindu sacred edifices of antiquity. Jagat Mandir or Nij Mandir forms the
sanctum of Dwarkadish temple & dates back to 2500 years. Jagat Mandir
has its own hall of audience & a conical spire. Main attraction of the
Temple is spectacular evening prayers (Aarti). Another temple in Dwarka is
temple of Rukmini Devi Temple, small temple is an architectural masterpiece.
Rukmini is the most important of Krishna's 16,108 wives. The temple walls
are decorated with beautiful paintings depicting her pastimes with Krishna.
This temple is said to date back to the 12th century. Overnight Hotel -
Day - 10 - Dwarka - Somnath (250 Km)
Today we will drive to Somnath, arrive Somnath check in to the hotel.
Somnath Temple, located in the Prabhas Kshetra near Veraval in Saurashtra,
on the western coast of Gujarat, India is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas
(golden lingas) symbols of the God Shiva. It is mentioned in the Rig Veda.
Somnath means "The Protector of Moon God". The Somnath Temple is
known as 'the Shrine Eternal', as although the temple has been destroyed six
times it has been rebuilt every single time. Evening free to visit temples &

Day - 11 - Somnath - Gir (90 Km)
Today we drive to Sasangir, best known as being the sole home of the pure
Asiatic Lions (Panthera leo persica). The Sanctuary, the area is considered
to be one of the most important protected areas in Asia due to its supported
Established in the year 1965, Today is the sustaining ecosystem of Gir,
with its diverse flora & fauna. The forest area of Gir & its lions
were declared as "protected" in the early 1900's by the then Nawab
of the princely state of Junagadh. This initiative resulted in the
conservation of the lions whose population had plummeted to only 15 through
slaughter for trophy hunting.
Later we take a Jeep safari to the National Park. It has the distinction of
being the only refuge to the last surviving majestic Asiatic Lions (Panthera
leo). Apart from the Asiatic Lions, the Park is also home to large number of
Panthers, Hyenas, Deer, the world's only 4-horned Antelope, Blue Bull, Wild
Boar & the dangerous Marsh Crocodile. Several machaans (watch towers) &
hideaways have been raised near waterholes to allow visitors a closer look

Day - 12 - Gir - Junagarah - Rajkot (165 Km)
